Genesis establishes the foundation of God’s redemptive story. God creates humanity for covenant fellowship, but sin fractures that communion and brings judgment. Yet the Lord does not abandon His creation—He promises the coming Seed, calls Abraham, and establishes a covenant line through which blessing will come to the nations. Through judgment, promise, and preservation, Genesis reveals that redemption is not an afterthought but God’s unfolding purpose from the beginning.
