Haggai

Haggai calls God’s people to consider their ways and return to the work of rebuilding the Lord’s house after the exile. Though they have focused on their own comfort, the temple remains neglected, revealing misplaced priorities and spiritual drift. Through direct exhortation, the Lord urges them to act, promising that His presence is with them as they obey. What begins as correction turns toward encouragement, as God declares that the glory of what He is building will surpass what came before. Haggai reveals that blessing follows obedience, and that when God’s people realign their hearts with His purposes, He is faithful to restore and strengthen them.
